New Clients - December 2019

Due to the addition of another veterinarian, at this time we are now able to accept a limited number of new clients.  If you are interested in becoming a client, please review our practice policies below as well as the information on our veterinarians to make sure that it is a comfortable fit for you and your pets.  

We request that all new clients schedule a new client exam/consultation with one of their pets.  These appointments are available on a limited basis and are billed as an extended exam.  Please note that new client exams cannot involve an urgent medical concern, as it will often be booked a few weeks out.  Please call the office for more information on scheduling a new client exam. 

 

Late Appointments: Because of our full schedule, we are generally not able to see patients that arrive late for an appointment.  If you are late for your appointment and we have to reschedule it for another day, you will be charged a missed appointment fee.

Missed Appointments:  If you need to reschedule or change an appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours notice.  If you miss your appointment, you will be charged a missed appointment fee.  As a courtesy, we do endeavor to provide reminder calls the day prior to your appointment.  Thank you for your understanding. 

 

***For those who are not living on the Saanich Peninsula, please keep in mind that travel to our location can be a significant challenge due to unforeseen traffic issues and delays.  In the event of an emergency situation, this could certainly cause issues for you and your pets and should be a consideration when choosing a veterinarian. ***
