New Clients - May 2019

Due to some changes at Anicare, at this time we are now able to accept a limited number of new clients.  If you are interested in becoming a client, please review our practice policies below as well as the information on our veterinarians to make sure that it is a comfortable fit for you and your pets.  

We have recently modernized and upgraded our equipment and added additional staff members to better serve our clients and  patients, however this has resulted in an increase in our fees.  

We request that all new clients book a new client exam and consultation with one of our veterinarians.  These appointments are available on a limited basis and are billed as an extended exam.  Please note that new client exams cannot involve any urgent medical concerns, as the appointment will likely be booked a few weeks out.  Please call the office for more information on booking a new client exam.

Appointment Policies

Late appointments:  Because of our full schedule, we are generally not able to see patients that arrive late for an appointment.  If you are late for your appointment and we have to reschedule it for another day, we will have to charge you a missed appointment fee.

Missed Appointments:  If you need to reschedule or change an appointment, please provide us with 24 hours notice.  If you miss your appointment, regrettably we must charge you a missed appointment fee.  As a courtesy, we do endeavour to give reminders the day prior to your scheduled appointment.  Thank you for your understanding.
