Important! Upcoming Closure Days Notice for February 2025

To all our Valued Clients,
Please note that due to some upcoming necessary renovations scheduled with limited notice, we will be having to temporarily close, OR have limited office hours for the first 2 weeks of February.
Because of these renovations, we will have either limited, or no access to the clinic during this time. We apologize for all the inconveniences this will inevitable cause, but we are working hard to come up with the best arrangements possible to deal with any urgent needs.
We will not be able to accommodate any routine (non-urgent) appointments during this time.
Any clients that are required to come to the clinic, please follow all staff directions or signs. There may be unaccustomed noise present while you are in clinic, as work will actively be taking place during this time.
**If you are able, please order and pick up any prescriptions, herbs or products in advance. A staff member will attempt to be in the building to assist in this matter during the renovations, but hours may be limited, or we may not have access to the clinic. Special arrangements may need to be made to pick up any products once renovations begin.
Please note the following schedule (may be subject to change):
February 3rd-8th – The clinic will be open for emergencies or scheduled revisit appointments only. This includes time-sensitive treatments (ie. Injections). The front desk should be available for pick-ups during this time, but office hours are subject to change, and we may be closed early depending on the day. Please call the clinic for assistance.
February 10th-12th – The clinic will be CLOSED. In case of emergency, please contact another local clinic, the Central Victoria Vet Hospital, or the WAVES Emergency hospital for care.
If the office is closed, please leave messages or email us for any other requests. A staff member will attempt to be in daily to check and respond to these messages. The phones may or may not be answered depending on the daily situation. During this time, special arrangements will have to be made for product pickups. Please send your request, and all messages will be addressed in order of urgency.
February 13th – Undetermined at this time. The office may be CLOSED (or limited hours only).
February 14th, 15th – Likely open, but for emergencies and rechecks only (as with Feb 3-8).

We will update these dates as work progresses and we identify any changes. Our hope is that the work will be ahead of schedule and we can resume normal availability as soon as possible!

**Current Hours of Operation**
Monday to Friday: 9am to 5pm (Closed 12:30pm-1:30pm)
Saturday: 9am to 12pm
Monday to Friday the office will be closed for lunch from 12:30pm-1:30pm. If you phone during the lunch break, you may leave a message and we will return your call after 1:30pm. If you have an emergency, please follow the instructions on the message.
